TRANSCRIPT

Dennis O.: And then you [referring to father] started trying pills. After that we went to see another doctor, in L [place]. Then we tried different medications. But all the medications actually did almost the opposite, so more pills, more trembling. And yes examinations, hospital and, and, and. Finally, we came to the stimulator, they [referring to treatment providers] suggested that would be an option. And after they did that, at first it was good, then he [refers to father] came to G [place]. And then it was actually not bad either. And then after that it went downhill again. Interviewer: After the operation? Dennis O.: Yes, but only a little later. And afterwards it was once again so bad here that he [refers to father] had no strength. Then I took him back to the hospital and then they changed the medications and changed on the stimulator. And he stayed in the hospital, I think, two, three weeks. Three weeks, right [asks father]? Father: Yes. Dennis O.: And afterwards directly to O [place] to the rehab clinic. And that was great. There they also adjusted medication and as you can see now, it's good, so no tremors.
