Noah E. is married to Kerstin E., who has Parkinson's disease. What has perhaps gotten worse is her speech. At the beginning she was still seeing a speech therapist. Sometimes, when she gets tired, you notice that her speech is a bit worse and that she speaks more quietly, which sometimes leads to difficulties, [she then asks] "What did you say? She has the feeling that she has now spoken loudly, while mumbling something and then she tells you, "yes, you need to go to the ear doctor, you don't hear well." Yes, with time you get used to it a bit. Sometimes it's difficult.
