E : Au top.
E : Vraiment, vraiment, vraiment super. Je crois qu'on s'était bien installés aussi. Le fils a téléphoné en fait une fois par jour. Il a parlé avec un médecin et nous nous sommes mis à jour entre nous, ou plutôt c'était toujours, c'était toujours la personne qui était sur place et j'étais aussi vraiment là tous les jours et plus longtemps, mais nous nous sommes ainsi..., c'était vraiment un bon flux. Donc, comme ça.
I : Mhm.
E : Oui. On a fait en sorte d'être à jour.
I : Mmm.
E : Le fils et moi, nous avons aussi reçu les informations.
I : Mhm. Avez-vous toujours reçu les informations que vous vouliez ?
E : Oui. Je pense que oui.

E : Wirklich, wirklich, wirklich topp. Ich glaube, wir hatten es uns auch gut eingerichtet. Der Sohn hat eigentlich einmal täglich telefoniert. Er hat mit einem Arzt geredet und wir haben uns untereinander geupdatet, bzw. es war immer, es war auch immer die Person, die Vorort war und ich war auch wirklich täglich dort und länger,  aber wir haben uns so,  es war so wirklich ein guter Fluss. So, so ein.
I : Mhm.
E : Ja. Wir haben geschaut, dass wir geupdatet sind.
I : Mhm.
E : Der Sohn und ich, wir haben die Infos aber auch erhalten.
I : Mhm. Haben Sie die Informationen, die Sie wollten, immer bekommen?
E : Ja. Ich denke, ja.

E : Really, really, really great. I think we'd set ourselves up really well. The son actually phoned once a day. He spoke to a doctor and we updated each other, or it was always, it was always the person who was on site and I was also really there every day and longer, but we communicated so, it was a really good flow. In order to visit her partner, Ms Lena L. had to wait outside the intensive care unit for a long time. This caused her anxiety and insecurity.

Once in this intensive care unit / I think that was also when I was there for the first time, I don't know either. No, when I saw something, that was easy for me. I didn't know there what was going on behind the door in the ICU. You always have to sign in. I signed in. They said he was just still / there had just been some incident. I think I then waited outside that door for about 1 1/2 hours. Yes. That's where I got a little worried. I don't know to this day what happened there. I do not know if he / he is purpose / exactly. He fell out of bed once in the first intensive care unit. That's what they told us then. I don't know if he didn't fall out of bed there too or if something with the chair pan or something / something was there that they had to work really hard. 
Yes. And once there he really / there he couldn't breathe. That was also in the intensive care unit. I don't even remember how that happened. Um, yes, that was still bad. But I had the feeling that the nurse had it 100% under control. He then worked with him to make sure that he could breathe again.

Ms. Lena L. suffered from the long waiting times and the uncertainty.
